Officer Installation on 6/2/2026

Brethren,

As I write this I am heading down to NYC for Idaho Night at Masonic Hall on 23rd St. Which I anticipate will be a tremendous evening of fun and fellowship but nothing can compare to what will go down TOMORROW JUNE 2nd at Fayetteville – Central City Lodge No. 305 as we install the 2026-2027 Officers!

Our JW Elect V.’. W.’. Tim Conover has arranged for a scrumptious Italian meal consisting of Lasagna, Chicken Francaise, Utica Greens, Tossed Salad, Italian Bread w/ Garlic Butter, and Cake for Dessert. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm.

Ladies, Family, and Guests are invited to attend as this is an Open Installation to celebrate our Lodge and it’s new Officer Team. Please come out to support your new Officer Team and share some fellowship with you Masonic Family.

Dress for the evening for Officers to be Installed is Tux(or Dark Suit if you do not have one) with a tie(looking at you, Larry). Brothers attending to support the Line Officers can be in normal Lodge suit attire. Ladies and guests need not be formal in their attire but dress
complimentary to suits.

Attached to this email is the Slate of Officers. If you are an Officer and are unable to attend, please let me know so that we can be prepared
with a Proxy for you.

Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow evening.

best,

Right Worshipful Dan Campis
Grand Junior Deacon of the State of New York
Master, Fayetteville Central City Lodge 305

Special Summons on 3/17/2026

Brethren;

Below are documents related to the Summoned Meeting and constitutional amendments we are to vote on at the March 17th Summoned Meeting.

Let me explain what is contained as that you may better understand what is included:

Grand Lodge Official Letter – This is full letter sent to the Lodge directing what is to be voted on, how it is to be voted on, and how recorded.

Grand Lodge Changes Summary – This is a very brief summary of the changes in the letter minus the code of procedure letter. This may help you understand the proposed changes.

Masonic Book of Law – This is the entire Masonic Book of law in PDF format. There is a table of contents which lists what is included. You can use this to look up the specific changes in the letter and see how it currently reads. FYI the Code of Procedure starts at page 117 of this PDF.

Masonic Law Guide – Included to help traverse the Book of Law.

Amended and Restated Code of Procedure – This is the entire rewritten Code of Procedure with the proposed changes highlighted. Use the Masonic Book of Law PDF (code of Procedure starts on page 117) to compare changes between the old Code of Procedure and the changes proposed in this PDF.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Best,

Right Worshipful Dan Campis
Master, Fayetteville Central City Lodge 305
